A new Chinese league will on Friday be opening its doors. Cherry Chinese Counter-Strike League, also known as CCSL will feature twelve teams playing for approximately €1.700. The league will see Chinese teams TyLoo, wNv.cn, wNv.GM and SC.United as the most interesting, also Taiwan’s UMX and Hong-Kong’s extremeplayers and RS-Gaming will be participating in this very first season of CCSL. The Chinese scene has been close to considered dead, but this new league might very well kick in the needed ignition in order to put Chinese teams back in the game against European teams. Following the performance of TyLoo at e-Stars Seoul 2009, this could be closer than one could expect. The first season of CCSL will be played entirely online, seeing twelve teams starting off in a group stage. The participating teams are:
TyLoo
wNv.cn
wNv.GM
SC.United
